On March 18, in the afternoon, based on the key indicators "safety and childcare" in the "Guidelines for Quality Assessment of Childcare & Education in Kindergarten" plus the training of “scientific childcare”, all the KOFA teachers joined the second school-based training in order to reflect on their educational behaviors and also give suggestions regarding to the current situation in terms of safety and childcare.

In the past, I was mainly responsible for education in the class, and most of the childcare was taken by the childcare teacher. My knowledge about childcare was not enough. After this training, I learned that there are many points that need to be paid attention to. Childcare is as important as education. "Bao Jiao" means “Childcare” comes first, which shows the importance of childcare. Early Years practitioners need to achieve educational goal while combining childcare with education. To achieve the above goal in kindergarten, it is necessary for teachers not only master teaching methods, but also know how to protect and nurture children scientifically and promote their physical and mental health. Therefore, I will strengthen my study of childcare knowledge, and strive to have children both in my eyes and my heart, and combine education with childcare in a scientific way.

因为以前在班级里主要负责教育方面，保育方面大部分由保育老师负责，关于保育的知识只能算是一知半解，经过这次培训我了解到保育方面也有很多需要注意的点，保育是渗透在一日生活中的每一分每一秒的，和教育是一样重要的。“保教”保在前，由此可见保育的重要性。保育工作是在生活中对幼儿进行教育的人在一日生活中要做到保中有教，教中有保，保教结合。幼儿园一日生活中要做到保教结合，不仅需要掌握教学方法，还需要懂得科学地保护和养育好幼儿，促进幼儿身心健康发展。所以在未来的日子我会加强对保育知识的学习，争取做到眼里有孩子、心里有孩子，保教科学结合。

I feel very honored to change from a nurse and a nutritionist to a kindergarten food and nutrition teacher, and I like this job very much. In my class, there are often children who are too excited or careless to drop off the ingredients to the ground. When this happens, children are actually unhappy. At this moment, as teachers, we should not be shocked, but let the children pick up the ingredients on the ground, clean the ground, and then wash their hands, sit back to operate. We only need to prepare a little more ingredients, and at the same time, tell the children rules of operation before the activity starts. Over time, children will form a good routine. We must trust children more and give them more opportunities, so that they can operate food and know how to tidy up.

能从护士、营养师转为一名幼儿园的食育食养老师，我觉得非常荣幸，也很喜欢这份工作。在我的课堂里，经常会有孩子因为过于兴奋，或操作不注意，导致食材掉到地上的。当这种情况出现的时候，其实孩子也会不开心，这个时候，身为老师，我们不应该一惊一乍的，而是先让孩子把地上的食材捡起来，清理地面，然后再洗手重新操作。我们只要多备一点点食材，同时在活动开始前跟孩子说好操作规则，久而久之，孩子就会形成良好的常规，我们要多信任孩子，多给他们机会，让他们既能操作食物，又知道如何收拾整理。

We need to inform the children of the importance of exercise to protect themselves. I will share my personal experience with the children, because I love sports since I was a child. My body is more flexible, and my anticipation of danger will be stronger. I have several times when I was going down the stairs, I felt like I was going to slap my foot in the air. I could react in time and released my energy immediately so that my ankle would not be injured.

我们要告诉孩子们运动锻炼对保护自我的重要性，我会分享自己的亲身经历给孩子们听，因为我从小就爱运动，身体比较灵活，对危险的预判也会更强烈，所以好几次下楼梯的时候，感觉踏空要崴脚的时候，我都能及时反应过来，立刻泄力，不至于让脚踝受伤。

For the classrooms and function rooms, there should be different disinfection procedures. I hope the procedures can be standardized, so that every teacher responsible for the venue can clearly understand the requirements of sanitation and hygiene. At the same time, the emergency plan for the prevention and control of infectious diseases also needs to issued to all teachers in school-based training every semester, so that everyone is familiar with the process, so that they can face such cases calmly during the period of high incidence of infectious diseases, and make timely preparations for protecting young children as well as disinfecting the environment completely.

针对幼儿园的教室和功能室，分别要有不同的消杀流程，希望流程可以标准化，让每一位对场地负责的老师都能清楚地知道卫生清洁的要求。同时，针对传染病防控的应急预案也要每学期对老师进行培训，让老师们熟悉预案流程，做到心中有数，在传染病高发期遇到病例也能坦然面对，及时做好对幼儿的保护和对环境的全面消毒。

For those toddlers in NA class, they can choose the soft gym for Taekwondo training. After all, the floor of gym is relatively hard, and the soft bag design is not as complete as the soft gym. When we take NA children to do physical exercise in the soft gym, due to the improved safety factor, we will be more conscious of the protection we give to children during exercise, and we can also confidently allow children to try more age-appropriate sports activities.

对于NA班的小宝宝而言，可以选择软体室进行跆拳道训练，毕竟体能馆的的地面还是相对硬了点儿，而且软包设计也没有软体室那么齐全。当我们带NA班幼儿在软体室进行体育锻炼，由于安全系数提升了，我们在幼儿运动过程中给予的保护就会更有把握，也能放心大胆地让孩子尝试更多适龄的体育活动。
